The room I stayed in at Sol Y Mar was just perfect for me. It had a simple style with a view of the beautiful sea and access to the garden. The private bathroom had all the toiletries I needed and a hairdryer, which was convenient for me as an older person. The air-conditioned room also had a balcony, which was a lovely addition.

Personally, I found the air conditioning in the room a bit too cold at times, but hey, that's just my opinion. Others may enjoy the coolness it provides.

We had a wonderful stay at Sol Y Mar in Formentera. the hotel's location is perfect, right by the sea, with beautiful views and the soothing sound of waves. the staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the convenience of nearby bike rental and a supermarket. The hotel is well-situated in the middle of the island, making it easy to explore by bike or bus. Cons: No complaints at all. 😊.
